Are you looking for a rom com with a time travel element look no further this is the right lakorn for you.
This drama has become one of my favourite Lakorns. The chemistry between the leads is amazing. A mix of rom com with history and time travel. Along with all the drama and fun of watching a Lakorn you also get to learn a bit about the history of Ayutthaya.
I would definitely recommend this series to all the Lakorn lovers.

Summary
The story starts in the historical period portraying Karakade as a villian. Karakade is betrothed to Por Date and lives with her to be in-laws. Por Date hates Karakade and he does not want to get married to her. Por Date likes Mae Ying and shows interest in her.
Karakade is jealous of Mae Ying and plots to kill her by overturning her boat (The main form of travel in historical Thailand is shown as boat). The plot backfires and Mae Ying's personal maid drowns. Everyone in Por Date's family suspect Karakade to be the mastermind behind the incident.
Por Date and his father perform a sacred ceremony called 'The moon mantra' by using the dead persons belongings. This ceremony will kill the mastermind behind the incident who lead to the death of the personal maid. Karakade suffers and dies during the ceremony and her spirit leaves her body.
Present
Kade a chubby girl and Ruengrit are childhood friends and archaeologist working together on a site. Ruengrit drags Kade to the archaelogy site late in the night to take some pictures of Temple Chai. There they see the ghost of Karakade who dies during the Moon Mantra ceremony. They run away from the ghost and try to make an escape. The ghost causes a car accident by scaring Ruengrit. Kade dies in the accident and her spirit leaves her body.
Karakade and Kade meet in the other world, where Karakade is being chased by the hell guards.
Karakade pleads with Kade to take over her body and do good deeds and merits using her body to lessen her retribution in hell due to her evil deeds.
Kade promises to do good deeds for Karakade without realising the implication of what it means and Karakade gets taken away to hell.
Kade wakes up in Karakade's body in the Historical era. She wakes up to find Por Date's family surrounding her and she is confused and faints. The next day when Kade wakes up she realises she is in Karakade's body in Historical era due to the promise she made to Karakade.
The fun drama starts when Kade tries to adjust to the ancient ways of living. The story portrays how Kade changes everyone's perspective of Karakade from villain to heroine and How Por Date goes from Hating Karakade to falling in Love with Kade.
The drama is full of fun and liveliness where Kade gets into a lot of trouble (some fun and some serious). Her way of speaking Modern Thai in Historical era which makes the series a lot more fun to watch and also see all the other characters adapt to the new Karakade.
I will definitely recommend this series to all the rom com lovers who want to see a bit of fantasy, time travel and historical romance in a Lakorn.
